For European employers and agencies

Hire Armenian workers through a recruitment partner on the ground in Armenia

Armenian Workers gives European recruitment agencies and direct employers one reliable local contact for sourcing, screening and preparing candidates from Armenia. Candidates arrive informed about their contract, pay and conditions, which is the single biggest factor in retention.

  • Screening in the candidate's own language
  • Employer-paid, no candidate fees
  • Every vacancy confirmed in writing before promotion

What a local partner changes

Access to candidates you cannot reach

Most Armenian candidates search in Armenian and trust local, verifiable contacts. We promote your vacancy inside Armenia and reach people who never see international job boards.

Screening without a language barrier

Interviews, experience checks and expectation-setting happen in Armenian. You receive shortlists where the candidate has understood the job, the shifts and the deductions.

Document readiness

Passport validity, qualification documents, criminal-record and medical certificates: we collect and check what your permit process needs, so applications are not delayed by missing paperwork.

Faster coordination

One contact in Armenia who schedules interviews, chases documents, answers candidate questions and keeps you informed, in English, on your working hours.

Ethical recruitment, in practice

  • Candidates never pay recruitment fees. Our services are paid by the employer or agency.
  • Every candidate sees gross pay, deductions, accommodation cost and contract type in writing before agreeing to a vacancy.
  • We do not promote a vacancy until the partner is verified and the terms are confirmed.
  • We work only with legal employment: written contracts, work authorization and the correct visa.

These principles follow the approach to fair recruitment set out by the International Labour Organization. ILO: Fair recruitment

Questions employers ask

How do you verify partners?

Before offering any vacancy to candidates we check the company's registration, its recruitment or temporary-work licence where the country requires one, sample contracts and the real terms offered to candidates. We do not publish vacancies automatically. This protects candidates and your reputation.

How are you paid?

The employer or agency pays for our services under a written agreement signed before work begins. We do not charge candidates a recruitment fee: this is a core principle and consistent with the international approach to fair recruitment. Specific terms are discussed on the partnership call.

How quickly can you present candidates?

It depends on the sector, the requirements and how many matching candidates are in our database. The honest answer: faster for general roles than for qualified tradespeople or roles with a language requirement. We do not promise a precise timeline or headcount before seeing your requirements.

Do you handle work permits?

No. The employer applies for the work permit with the destination country's authorities, and the candidate applies for the visa at the consulate. We support the candidate side: collecting documents, explaining each step in Armenian and coordinating with your team so nothing is lost. We are not a law firm and cannot influence immigration decisions.
