Ethical recruitment, in practice
Before offering any vacancy to candidates we check the company's registration, its recruitment or temporary-work licence where the country requires one, sample contracts and the real terms offered to candidates. We do not publish vacancies automatically. This protects candidates and your reputation.
The employer or agency pays for our services under a written agreement signed before work begins. We do not charge candidates a recruitment fee: this is a core principle and consistent with the international approach to fair recruitment. Specific terms are discussed on the partnership call.
It depends on the sector, the requirements and how many matching candidates are in our database. The honest answer: faster for general roles than for qualified tradespeople or roles with a language requirement. We do not promise a precise timeline or headcount before seeing your requirements.
No. The employer applies for the work permit with the destination country's authorities, and the candidate applies for the visa at the consulate. We support the candidate side: collecting documents, explaining each step in Armenian and coordinating with your team so nothing is lost. We are not a law firm and cannot influence immigration decisions.
Submit a workforce request or ask for a partnership call. We reply to your business email, usually within a few working days.
