Employers and agencies
Questions employers ask
Straight answers about how we work, what we charge and where our role ends.

How do you verify partners?
Before offering any vacancy to candidates we check the company's registration, its recruitment or temporary-work licence where the country requires one, sample contracts and the real terms offered to candidates. We do not publish vacancies automatically. This protects candidates and your reputation.
How are you paid?
The employer or agency pays for our services under a written agreement signed before work begins. We do not charge candidates a recruitment fee: this is a core principle and consistent with the international approach to fair recruitment. Specific terms are discussed on the partnership call.
How quickly can you present candidates?
It depends on the sector, the requirements and how many matching candidates are in our database. The honest answer: faster for general roles than for qualified tradespeople or roles with a language requirement. We do not promise a precise timeline or headcount before seeing your requirements.
Do you handle work permits?
No. The employer applies for the work permit with the destination country's authorities, and the candidate applies for the visa at the consulate. We support the candidate side: collecting documents, explaining each step in Armenian and coordinating with your team so nothing is lost. We are not a law firm and cannot influence immigration decisions.
What happens if a worker leaves early?
Replacement terms are set out in our written agreement where contractually agreed. Our main tool is preventing early departures: we explain the real working conditions, accommodation and deductions to candidates honestly before departure and stay in contact after arrival.
What languages do candidates speak?
Armenian, all of them. Russian is widely spoken, particularly among candidates who have worked abroad before. English levels vary and Polish is rare. We assess real language level during screening and present only candidates who meet your requirement; we do not generalise.
How is candidate data transferred?
We transfer a candidate's data to you only after the candidate has agreed to the specific vacancy, and only what is needed for selection. Sensitive documents (passport and similar) are transferred through a secure channel, not open email. Data-protection terms are set out in our written agreement.
Can you work with agencies, not only direct employers?
Yes. Our first partnership is with a recruitment agency. We act as your local sourcing and screening partner in Armenia while the employer relationship, contract and permit stay with you. What matters is that the candidate knows clearly who their employer is.
