These terms govern your use of armenianworkers.com and of the recruitment services described on it. By using the website or submitting a form you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Armenian Workers, a private recruitment and workforce-mobility service registered in the Republic of Armenia. Legal name, registration number and address are on the About page. Contact: hello@armenianworkers.com. Data-protection contact: privacy@armenianworkers.com.
Armenian Workers is not part of, and does not act for, the Government of Armenia, the European Union, the Government of Poland or any other state, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
2. What the website and services are
The website provides information about legal employment opportunities in Europe for candidates from Armenia and about our sourcing and screening services for employers and recruitment agencies. Through the website, candidates may submit a profile, apply for a vacancy and subscribe to alerts; employers and agencies may submit a workforce request; anyone may contact us or report suspected fraud.
Using the website does not create an employment relationship, a recruitment contract, an agency relationship or any obligation on our part to place a candidate or to fill a vacancy. Recruitment services for employers and agencies are provided only under a separate written service agreement.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee selection, a job offer, an employment contract, a work permit or employment authorization, a visa, a residence permit, a departure date or entry into any country. Hiring decisions are made by employers and recruitment partners. Decisions on work authorization, visas and residence are made by the competent public authorities of the destination country. Nothing on this website is a promise of any of these outcomes, and no employee or representative of Armenian Workers is authorised to give such a promise.
4. Free for candidates
Candidates are not charged for submitting a profile, screening, matching, interview preparation, contract explanation or pre-departure guidance. This reflects the employer-pays principle of fair recruitment. Government fees (visa, permit), mandatory insurance, translation, notarisation, medical examinations and travel are not recruitment fees; each vacancy states which of these the employer covers. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, do not pay and report it.
5. Vacancy information
We verify each published vacancy with the responsible employer or agency and show the date it was last verified. Salary figures are gross unless stated otherwise; net figures are estimates. Requirements set by employers and authorities change; where a vacancy or guide conflicts with the employment contract you sign or with an official source, the contract and the official source prevail. Closed vacancies are labelled closed. A demonstration example clearly marked as such is not a real vacancy. The vacancy list is not an offer capable of acceptance; an employment relationship arises only from the contract you sign with the employer.
6. Information, not legal advice
Guides, country pages and FAQs describe processes in general terms to help you understand them. They are not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. We are not a law firm and refer legal questions to qualified professionals.
7. Your obligations when using the forms
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes;
- submit data only about yourself, or about another person only with their permission;
- be at least 18 years old to submit a candidate profile;
- not upload files that contain malware, and not upload documents we have not asked for (in particular passport scans and bank details in the public forms);
- not use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages, to impersonate us or anyone else, to scrape data, or to interfere with its operation;
- not use our name, branding or content to recruit, advertise or solicit payments.
We may decline, suspend or delete profiles and requests that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
8. Employers and agencies
By submitting a workforce request you confirm that you are authorised to act for the company named and that the information is accurate. Submitting a request does not oblige us to promote a vacancy; we verify partners and confirm terms before any candidate is approached. Fees, replacement terms, data-protection obligations (including Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data to Armenia where required by the GDPR) and other commercial terms are set out in the written service agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
9. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, and the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data. The privacy policy explains the legal bases we rely on, the recipients of your data, international transfers, retention and your rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority. Cookies are described in the cookie policy; optional cookies are used only with your consent.
10. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, images and trademarks on this website belong to Armenian Workers or its licensors. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal or internal business use. Copying content to present it as your own, to build a competing service, or to impersonate us is prohibited. Nothing grants you a licence to our trademarks.
11. Third-party links
We link to official government and EU sources and, where relevant, to partners. Those websites have their own terms and privacy notices, which we do not control.
12. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We do our best to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Armenian Workers is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information on this website, from decisions of employers, agencies or public authorities, from the acts of third parties who impersonate us, or from interruptions of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to the right of EU/EEA consumers to bring proceedings, and to be sued only, in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory rules so provide. Before starting proceedings, please contact us at hello@armenianworkers.com; most concerns can be resolved directly.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the end of the page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting registered candidates are announced on the website and by email.
16. Contact
Armenian Workers, Yerevan, Armenia. General enquiries: hello@armenianworkers.com. Data protection: privacy@armenianworkers.com. Suspected fraud or impersonation: safety@armenianworkers.com.
These terms are drafted to work with the privacy policy and the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA and under Armenian law for all users. The company’s legal counsel should confirm the final text, in particular the consumer-jurisdiction clause for each destination country, before it is relied on.
