Armenian WorkersArmenia → Europe

About

A private recruitment company, based in Armenia, working for both sides

Armenian Workers exists because the road between an Armenian candidate and a European workplace is full of unverified agents, vague promises and hidden costs. We make that road clear, legal and honest.

What we do

We are a recruitment and workforce-mobility service. For candidates in Armenia we find, verify and explain legal employment opportunities in Europe. For European recruitment agencies and employers we source, screen and prepare candidates locally, in Armenian, and coordinate the process until the candidate's first day.

Our first destination country is Poland, where our first partnership is being established. We add countries only when a verified partnership exists.

How we are paid

Our fees are paid by employers and recruitment agencies under written agreements. Candidates never pay us for applying, screening, a vacancy, an interview or any kind of "guarantee". If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is fraud.

Government fees, visa fees, insurance, translations and travel are the candidate's own costs unless an employer covers them, and every vacancy states who pays what.

What we are not

We are not part of the Government of Armenia, the European Union, the Government of Poland or any embassy or immigration authority. We are not a law firm, a visa agency, a travel agency or a job board. We cannot guarantee employment, work permits, visas or entry into any country; nobody can.

The team

We publish team profiles only with the real names and roles of the people who work here. Profiles will appear on this page as the team is confirmed; we do not use stock photos or invented staff.
