Destination countries and where we actually stand

Each country below shows its real status. Poland and Hungary are the countries where a partnership is being established. The others are explained because their legal routes matter to Armenian candidates, but we have no partner and no vacancies there. Some of those routes are narrow, and each page says which ones Armenian citizens can and cannot use.

Germany

Germany's routes for Armenian citizens are built around qualifications: what usually decides your case is recognition of your training or degree. For work without a qualification, the route is a short-term quota of up to eight months in any twelve, only with employers bound by a collective agreement and never through a temporary work agency. Seasonal harvest work is not open to Armenian citizens at present. We have no verified partner and no verified vacancies in Germany. This page explains the routes; it is not an offer.

Hungary

Since 6 June 2026, Hungary no longer issues new guest worker residence permits to citizens of any country. Armenia remains on the short list of countries whose citizens may work in Hungary on a residence permit for the purpose of employment. Partnership interest for Hungary has been received and the terms are being confirmed. We will publish Hungarian vacancies only once the partner is verified and the terms are confirmed in writing. Italy

Italy's quota decree admits up to 164,850 non-EU workers in 2026, but most places are reserved for citizens of other countries. Armenian citizens cannot use the seasonal quotas for farm and tourism work or the driver entries. What remains open is narrow: domestic and care work, and a route for highly-qualified workers. A small unreserved part of the general quota has no nationality condition, but no allocation of its 2026 places had been published by mid-September. Poland

Poland is our first destination country. We have received partnership interest from a Polish recruitment agency and are confirming the terms. We will publish Polish vacancies only once the partner is verified and the terms are confirmed in writing.

Spain

Spain does not exclude Armenian citizens, but no Spanish route is aimed at them. An employer can hire you if your occupation is on a short official shortage list, or if it proves it could not find a local worker. The hiring-at-origin programme (GECCO) favours 20 other countries and can reach Armenian citizens only with special authorisation. We have no verified partner and no verified vacancies in Spain. Read the status label before anything else

A country page here means we can explain that country's legal route accurately. It does not mean we can place you there. Pages marked "information only" have no verified partner and no vacancies, and we say so on the page itself rather than burying it.

We do this because the alternative is worse. Recruitment sites that list twenty countries to look established leave candidates guessing which ones are real. Every vacancy we ever publish will carry a named employer, full written terms and a verification date, on whichever country page it belongs to.
