What we do not do

  • We do not apply for work permits or visas. The employer applies for authorization; the candidate applies for the visa. We support the candidate side and coordinate.
  • We are not a law firm. For legal questions on employment or immigration we refer to qualified professionals.
  • We do not guarantee a number of candidates or a timeline before seeing your requirements.
  • We do not promote vacancies whose terms you will not confirm in writing.

How we are paid

Our fees are paid by the agency or employer under a written agreement signed before work begins. Candidates never pay recruitment fees.

Fee structure, replacement terms and data-protection obligations are agreed per partnership. We discuss them on the partnership call.
