How we screen
From your job order to the candidate's first day
Each step lists what we do and what we need from you. Nothing is skipped, and candidates hear the same information at every stage.

Job order and requirements
You submit the vacancy: role, headcount, location, gross pay, hours, contract type, accommodation, permit support, start dates, requirements.
From you: Confirm every term in writing. We cannot promote a vacancy with open points.
Partner verification
We verify your registration, any licence your country requires for recruitment or temporary work, and sample contracts.
From you: Provide registration details and a sample contract.
Sourcing and promotion
We publish the vacancy in Armenian and English, search our database and reach out to matching candidates.
From you: Nothing; we update you on response.
Screening in Armenian
Structured interviews, experience and qualification checks, expectation-setting on pay, deductions, shifts and accommodation.
From you: Tell us your knock-out criteria so screening is precise.
Shortlist
You receive candidate profiles with verified experience, language assessment and notes, transferred securely after the candidate agrees to this vacancy.
From you: Review and choose whom to interview.
Interviews and tests
We schedule video interviews, prepare candidates and interpret if needed. Practical tests are arranged where the role requires them.
From you: Interview and decide.
Offer and contract
We explain the offer and every contract clause to the candidate in Armenian and confirm informed acceptance.
From you: Issue the offer and contract.
Documents, permit and visa
We collect and check the documents your permit application needs; you apply for authorization; the candidate applies for the visa with our guidance.
From you: Apply for the work authorization and keep us informed of its status.
Pre-departure and arrival
Travel preparation, arrival expectations, workplace and accommodation rules. We stay in contact after arrival to resolve early misunderstandings.
From you: Confirm arrival logistics and a contact person on site.
How candidate data is handled
- Candidate data is shared with you only after the candidate agrees to your specific vacancy, and only what selection requires.
- Sensitive documents are transferred through a secure channel, not open email.
- Data-protection obligations for both parties are set out in the service agreement.
Where our role ends
- Hiring decisions are yours. We do not select for you.
- Work authorization is applied for by you and decided by the authorities of your country.
- Visas are applied for by the candidate and decided by the consulate.
- We are not a law firm and refer legal questions to qualified professionals.
