A private company, not an authority
Armenian Workers is a private recruitment and workforce-mobility service registered in Armenia. It is not part of, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of:
- the Government of the Republic of Armenia or any of its agencies;
- the European Union or any of its institutions;
- the Government of the Republic of Poland or any other European government;
- any embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
We cannot issue, speed up, influence or guarantee any government decision.
No guarantee of any outcome
Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee selection, a job offer, an employment contract, a work permit or employment authorization, a visa, a residence permit, a departure date, or entry into any country. Employers and recruitment partners decide whom they hire. Government authorities decide on work authorization, visas and residence. Anyone who guarantees these outcomes is misleading you.

Terms that are not interchangeable
- Job offer: an employer’s written intention to hire you on stated terms. Not a contract; does not allow you to work or enter a country.
- Employment contract: the binding agreement between you and the employer, setting pay, hours, duties and conditions.
- Work permit / employment authorization: a document issued by the destination country allowing a specific employer to employ you. Applied for by the employer.
- Visa: permission to enter and stay, placed in your passport by a consulate. A work visa is issued on the basis of the work authorization.
- Residence permit: a longer-term right to stay, usually applied for after arrival under the destination country’s rules.
- Recruitment assistance: what we provide: sourcing, screening, matching, preparation, document coordination and communication.
- Immigration approval: a decision of a government authority. Nobody outside that authority can guarantee it.
Vacancies and salaries
We verify vacancies with the responsible employer or agency before publishing them and show the date of the last verification. Salary figures are gross unless stated otherwise; net estimates are estimates. The employment contract you sign is the only binding document. Closed vacancies are labelled closed. A demonstration example clearly marked as such is not a real vacancy.
Fraud
Candidates are never charged recruitment fees. We never request payment to personal accounts, never sell job offers and never promise guaranteed immigration approval. Report anyone doing so in our name on the anti-fraud page.
