Yes. Many manufacturing roles (assembly, packing, helper) require no previous experience and the employer trains on site. Experienced machine operators and setters usually earn more. Every vacancy states its own requirements; we do not put you forward for a role you do not match.
How much do manufacturing jobs in Poland pay?
Pay depends on the employer, city, shift pattern and experience, and is always stated in the specific vacancy as a gross figure. For legal employment the employer must pay at least the official Polish minimum wage set by the government.
