Short answer
To submit a profile you need nothing but your details and, optionally, a CV. Once an employer shortlists you, the usual list is a valid passport, photographs, qualification documents, and often a criminal-record certificate and a medical certificate. The exact list depends on the country and employer, and we give it to you in writing.
Stage 1: submitting your profile
You need only your contact details and a short description of your experience. A CV helps but is optional; if you do not have one, tick the box in the form and we will help you prepare one. Do not send passport scans, ID cards or bank details at this stage. Nobody legitimate needs them yet.
Stage 2: when you are shortlisted for a specific vacancy
At this point the employer or agency needs to confirm who you are and whether you qualify. The typical list:
- Passport, valid for well beyond the planned contract period. Many countries require validity for several months after the end of the intended stay, so a passport expiring within a year can become a problem. Renew early if needed.
- Photographs meeting the destination country’s visa specifications.
- Qualification documents: diplomas, certificates, driving licence, welder certificates, and similar, depending on the role. Some will need certified translation.
- Criminal-record certificate from Armenian authorities, when the employer or the permit procedure requires it.
- Medical certificate, when the role or the country requires one. Food-handling and care roles almost always do.
- CV in the format the employer prefers.

Stage 3: work authorization and visa
The employer applies for your work authorization in the destination country. For that application the employer usually needs copies of your passport and qualification documents, which we transfer securely after you have agreed to the vacancy.
Once authorization is granted, you apply for the national visa at the consulate. For Poland, applications are registered through the e-Konsulat system and submitted at the consular section of the Polish Embassy in Yerevan. The consulate publishes the document list for the visa application; it typically includes the application form, passport, photographs, the visa fee, travel medical insurance, and the documents proving the purpose of your stay, such as the work authorization and the employment contract. Requirements may change, so always check the consulate’s current list.
What you should never do
- Never send a passport scan through an unprotected channel to someone you have not verified.
- Never give your original documents to a recruiter to “keep safe”.
- Never pay anyone for a document that only a government authority can issue.
- Never sign a document you do not understand. Ask us to explain it in Armenian.
Costs you may have to cover
Translations, notarisation, the criminal-record certificate, medical examinations, the visa fee and travel insurance are usually the candidate’s own costs unless the employer covers them. These are government and service fees, not recruitment fees. Each vacancy states who pays what.
