What happens after you submit your profile

What we do with your profile, when you will hear from us, why you might not, and how to keep your profile useful.

Short answer

After you submit your profile it enters our candidate database and is reviewed by the team. We contact you when a verified vacancy matches your experience, availability and preferences, not for every vacancy. There is no fee and no obligation. You can update or delete your profile at any time.

The first hours

Your profile arrives with the recruitment team by email, together with your CV if you attached one. Nothing is published, and nothing is sent to any employer at this stage. If you selected a specific vacancy, the reference is attached to your profile.

Review

A member of the team reads every profile. We check whether the information is complete and whether you meet the basic conditions for legal employment in Europe: age, passport situation and availability. If something important is missing, we may message you to ask.

Matching

Your profile is compared with the verified vacancies we have. When a vacancy matches your sectors, countries, experience and availability, we contact you through the channel you chose to arrange an initial conversation in Armenian.

Why you might not hear from us for a while

We publish vacancies only after the employer or agency is verified and the terms are confirmed in writing. In the early period, that means the number of open vacancies is small, and many good candidates will wait. That is not a judgement on your profile. We would rather you wait for a real vacancy than be sent to an unverified one.

We do not send rejection messages for every vacancy, because most candidates are not rejected: they are simply not matched yet.

Keeping your profile useful

  • Tell us if your phone number, availability or passport situation changes.
  • If you gain a new qualification (a licence, a certificate, a language course), let us know.
  • If you want to withdraw, say so and we will delete your profile.

You can write to us at any time through the contact page. Include your name and phone number so we can find your profile.

What we never do with your profile

We never sell it, publish it, or send it to an employer or agency without your agreement to a specific vacancy. Our privacy policy explains your rights and how long we keep profiles.
